The Clash est un groupe de rock britannique, formé à Londres dans les années 1970, et connu pour être un des groupes majeurs de l'histoire du rock (en) Biographic par Steve McGarry, dans le New York Daily News, le Septembre 2 2007, « One of the most influential bands in rock history, The Clash was inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame in 2003. » et du punk rock britannique. Le groupe commence sa carrière en 1976 et se dissout en 1985.
